If you have any questions or concerns, calling our office is always the best way to get the information you need right away. However, we understand schedules can be busy and you might prefer researching things on your own. To help make this a smoother process, we have compiled some of our most frequently asked questions below. Read on or give our team a call to schedule an appointment.

How Much Does a Dental Checkup & Cleaning Cost in Mansfield?

This answer will vary based on geography as well as other factors such as your oral health. Generally speaking, though, checkups and cleanings across the United States can go for around $200 and $350 on average. Your expenses and fees can also be influenced if you have dental insurance, as the price and any out-of-pocket co-pays will be negotiated by your dentist and insurance provider. You can expect these appointments to involve a review of your medical/dental history, an oral examination, X-rays, a professional cleaning, and even an oral cancer screening.

How Do I Get Emergency Dental Care?

If you think you require emergency dental treatment, the first step is to notify our office about your situation as soon as possible. We may be able to help guide you on the next best steps to manage your condition until we can help you. Of course, if you’re struggling with a more urgent and/or life-threatening emergency, such as a dislocated jaw or difficulty breathing/swallowing, then you’ll need to call 911 and/or head to your local ER right away for help. They may not be fully equipped to treat dental complications, but they can at least manage your symptoms and keep you safe until you can see us for treatment. Our office offers same-day emergency visits, so you should have a more convenient time getting the services you need when necessary. Remember, preventive treatments and regular checkups and cleanings are some of the best ways to avoid emergencies in the first place.

How Do I Find the Best Place to Get Dental Work Done?

This will depend heavily on what you think is most important when it comes to getting your dental care. Many of the common factors you’ll want to consider include payment/fees/insurance, the location of the practice, the hours available, and the cleanliness of the office. Of course, you’ll want to establish the kinds of treatments you’re interested in, such as if you need restorative care, emergency care, cosmetic treatments, or simply want a checkup and cleaning. Be sure to also look into the team and dentist(s) at the practice and how they approach personalized dental care. You can easily read their bios to learn more about their backgrounds and credentials.

How Much Does it Cost to Get a Tooth Pulled Without Insurance?

Our team is in-network with various dental insurance providers, so you shouldn’t have any issues when it comes to utilizing your benefits for tooth extractions. However, if you don’t have a policy, then you’ll want to understand how much your out-of-pocket expenses might be. While the overall price may be influenced by geography and your oral health, the average fee for this procedure can typically be around $150 and $400 in the United States. The cost can also depend on factors like the complexity of the procedure and if you require sedation dentistry or other services.
